Investing through the Lark Mortgage Income Fund targets monthly interest in excess of 7% p.a net of all fees and expenses, based on a minimum 12 month investment term.
The directors and shareholders of the Investment Manager are significant investors in the Fund.

First mortgages provide a level of control over underlying assets to support the lender and their management of the loan.
The knowledge that a mortgage is held and that the lender can assume control provides significant comfort to investors and when prudently managed and assessed the loan should typically be recovered in the unlikely event of a borrower defaulting.
A pooled investment fund allows the risk to be diversified across a portfolio of loans thus limiting an investors exposure to any one asset, market, geographical location, borrower or loan.
